Art. 6 (1) f) also serves as the legal basis for data processing, if processing of your personal data is required for safeguarding the legitimate interest of our company or a third party and where such interests are overridden by the need to protect your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms.

Data deletion and storage period
We generally delete or lock your personal data where the storage purpose ceases to apply. A storage beyond this period may be necessary, if required by legal specifications we are subject to, such as safekeeping and documentation obligations.
